The many
ways to
tie a scarf

The scarf, whether of winter wool or summer silk, makes a statement, embellishes a look: in short, it is an indispensable accessory for the perfect final touch. Long reserved for ladies, the scarf first entered the male wardrobe in the 17th century, thanks to the soldiers of the Croatian army, who wore it so as to recognise their various factions. It was later adopted by the men of Europe’s royal courts.
